- Not sold or monetised directly.
We believe hosting these papers constitutes fair use under educational doctrine; however, we fully respect copyright law and will remove any content upon a valid request.
About Our PDF Sources
The question papers available on this site are collected from various publicly accessible online sources including university portals, student forums, social media groups, and other educational repositories. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on their behalf) and believe that content on GTU Question Papers infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address and phone number).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on GTU Question Papers where the infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Where to Send the Notice
Send your DMCA notice via WhatsApp or email. We aim to acknowledge all valid notices within 48 hours and remove content within 72 hours of verification.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed from GTU Question Papers by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us containing your name, contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your signature. We will review all counter-notices and restore content as appropriate under applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, GTU Question Papers has adopted a policy of terminating accounts or blocking access, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
